What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Master Charge, and American Express. If you need an alternative let us know.

When do you bill my credit card?

After the site is completed and live. That sets the monthly billing date, and we’ll bill on that day each month until you cancel. We don’t go live until you say your website is ready — and you don’t pay until you go live.

Is there a contract time commitment?

No. Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel whenever you want.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel any time you want — just give us 30 days notice.  If you want to cancel, all you need to do change your DNS record to your new website address. Did we mention there aren’t any cancellation fees?

If we decide to discontinue using your services after six months, could we keep the website?

Our agreement allows you to continuing using existing content, under license, in the event you discontinue the service. See our Terms of Service for the details. What we don’t provide under any circumstances are the site source code, the WordPress theme or underlying files such as the Photoshop PSD files that are use to build the site. But the content and graphics - they are yours to take if you want.
