How long does it take?

From receipt of the completed on-boarding document and agreement to your website to going live, it’s about three weeks. Factors that could impact the schedule are elements of customization you might require and your ability to get all required content to us.

A website is never really finished, and we do encourage you not to worry if you don’t have every last little thing you want ready. Remember, we’ll do an update any time you want, so while going live is an important milestone, it’s just one of many in the process.

Will my website look like all your other clients’ websites?

We work with you to make sure your unique content, brand, logo, and company information are featured, and your certifications, client quotes, and other unique information are used throughout the site.

While we work from core proven themes to keep development and maintenance costs down, our development and design team have engineered these to be adaptable to provide you with a unique website. We provide you with one-of-a-kind banners and color scheme that match your brand, logo, and company images.

Working from web copy that’s effective and SEO-rich, we make sure your company and services shine through with your unique value.

What’s in the On Boarding process?

This is a process that helps us collect the essential information we need to build your website. This includes everything from company details to your certifications and  offerings. We know everything we ask for might not be at your fingertips, so we encourage you to fill out as much as you can and submit the forms anyway. We’ll get going on the site and work with you to fill in any missing content.

Do you offer services a la carte?

Frankly, we don’t think that’s the best value for you — but yes, we do. We do have clients that use us just for newsletter or content. Once we discuss your needs we can give you some options and a price. If you’re using Robin Robins Technology Marketing Toolkit we can leverage that in some cases. Our à la carte services may not work with some website services such as Kutenda.

Is web hosting included?

Yes, all costs for hosting are included.

Can I host the website myself?

No. Having all our sites in the same environment and systems gives us efficiencies that enable us to have quick turnaround and keep our prices low. And don’t forget, you save money on hosting costs when we do this.

Where are you hosted?

We have a dedicated server with Rackspace, with 24×7, fully managed services and on-duty staff. RackSpace is renowned for their “fanatical service” and we’re happy to partner with the best in the business.

Are email service provider fees included?

Yes, all email production and mailing costs are included.

Do I need an account at Constant Contact or another email service provider?

No. We provide the entire service for you. Remember the cost for the email service provider is included in your low monthly subscription.

You say you provide SEO services. What does that include?

The copy and content on your site is keyword-rich. We make sure your company name, location, services, and other important information are organized to improve SEO. We take care of things like page tags and other SEO best practices.
If you don’t have them, we set up local directory accounts in Google and Yahoo.

What if I use Robin Robins Technology Marketing Toolkit

We’d love to work with you if you work with Robin Robins Technology Marketing Toolkit. We have many clients who are active with the Robin Robins program and can help you leverage the program on your website.

What if I want to migrate from Kutenda?

We have a number of clients who have done this. The process is easy, and there’s no cost. We make it easy if you’d like to move from Kutenda to a full-service model.

Can you help with Public Relations?

Yes. We can do press release authoring and help with distribution. We also have templates and guides to assist you.

Can you manage Google AdWords can other pay-per-click campaigns?

Yes we can, contact us. You do need to be a Pronto Marketing managed website however. We do not provide campaign management for non-Pronto website or sites hosted with services such as Kutenda.
