I’m tired of relying on people who don’t know about my business.
I can’t afford to hire an in-house marketing team.
There’s a better kind of marketing
Conversations with business owners inspired us to develop a different method for building websites and launching marketing campaigns. Most marketing firms operate as a campaign-execution team, providing off-the-shelf solutions and relying on the client for strategy and direction. This reactive approach can work, but not for everyone and it isn’t always the most effective path to growth.
Every business is different, and we knew we needed to draw outside the lines, move from reactive to proactive, and leave behind the off-the-shelf solutions. We needed to understand our clients better.
We changed how we communicate with clients by moving to weekly phone calls, and we changed how we develop campaigns by introducing our Marketing Blueprint. The Blueprint is the first step, six weeks of working with you to define your buyer personas, identify your areas of differentiation, analyze your SEO, and develop convincing pitches and sales letters. It’s the foundation of a sound marketing strategy, and about as far from an off-the-shelf solution as possible.
The Growth Management program then puts this strategy into action. The Growth Managers on our team spend much of their time collaborating with our business-owner clients, as their marketing partner. After every call, the Growth Manager has projects to complete and so does the business owner they’re working with. It’s all significantly more resource intensive, but we believe it’s well worth it.
Working with our Growth Manager has allowed us to take our ideas and run them through someone who is certified to manage our marketing team, and keep us focused on output that we will see the quickest ROI on.
Account Manager, A Couple of Gurus
We’d been enjoying pretty consistent growth, but see now that we’d never taken our marketing very seriously – never much oversight or proactive planning going on. With the Pronto GMD process, we’re able to expand our messaging to target the specific industries that align with our long-term goals.
Partner, Jasco Technology
Clarifying your brand and developing your strategy
Our 6 week Blueprint program is the essential strategic first step. We research your business and market, analyze your SEO, and work with you to clarify your messaging and ideal target market. See the Blueprint deliverables
The Marketing Blueprint can be a standalone service, where you take the strategy we create and launch it yourself. Or it can be the beginning of our longer term partnership, which is outlined in the following steps.
Building a conversion-focused website that speaks to your ideal clients
As a Growth Management client, your inbound marketing website is created by our team of copywriters, designers, and developers, all led by your Growth Manager and working together to get your message to your target market.
In the redesign phase, we use the insights gained in the Blueprint to optimize your site’s pages for attracting and converting leads. Wireframes and mockups that you approve along the way ensure the design is effective and visually appealing to you and your target audience. Then, we work with our developers to get it live.
Promoting your offerings and moving prospects through your sales funnel
With your new site live, we begin rolling out campaigns to bring people in. This is where we execute the inbound marketing plans that were outlined in your Blueprint, including creating pillar content, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and SEO campaigns.
MANAGEMENT AND GROWTH
Fine-tuning campaigns to make them as effective as possible
The GM that you’ve been working with throughout the Site Redesign and Campaign phases will stay by your side for as long as you need them, helping you react to changing economic conditions, working with your sales staff, and training your team to make your business more self-sufficient.
How much does it cost?
Growth Management starts with a Marketing Blueprint - a six-week program that costs $3,000 with deliverables outlined here.
This initial short-term commitment allows one of our Growth Managers to work closely with you to develop your marketing strategy. Once your Blueprint is complete, you'll have the option to continue the partnership with your Growth Manager with a minimum marketing investment of just $3,000/mo.
Working with our Growth Manager has allowed us to take our ideas and run them through someone who is certified to manage our marketing team, and keeps us focused on output where we will see the quickest ROI.
Account Manager, A Couple of Gurus
We were having difficulty expanding into new industries, and working with our Growth Manager made us realize we lacked a clear brand voice. It got us to focus on what makes us different and how to get that message across.
If you already have a marketing plan, buyer personas, and your brand messaging is on point, that's great news! It will make the process even smoother. We'll adapt the Blueprint as needed and incorporate what you have. However, we won't skip the Blueprint because it's a critical step in the process. While you know about your business, we need to make sure we have the time to get to know your business, so we can make sure we market you effectively. It's also a great opportunity to test out your Growth Manager and make sure they’re the right fit for your needs.
Your marketing investment will depend on you and how much you're hoping to achieve. When your Growth Manager develops your Marketing Blueprint, they will scope out your website and marketing campaigns and provide pricing along the way. Every client we work with is different, so the ongoing marketing investment varies. Our experience shows that you should be prepared to invest at least $2,000/mo.
No, our Growth Managers typically spot low hanging fruit at the outset, and you can start making those improvements right away. However, the real value of the Marketing Blueprint is that we go much deeper and identify ways to make drastic improvements, which often takes a few weeks or months. We use the first week or two to learn about your company and research your industry, before proposing specific solutions. But there is nothing to prevent taking immediate action.
When you sign up for a managed website with Pronto, the focus is on the website: A Project Manager works with you to build the site to your specifications, and when it goes live, you can send unlimited requests to our shared support team 24/5. This is a fantastic option for many of our clients and it’s very affordable.
When you hire one of our Growth Managers, the focus is on the overall growth of your business. Your Growth Manager will research your industry, learn about your business, and help to define your goals. They will determine the strengths and weaknesses of your current marketing, and propose new and improved campaigns. They’ll develop your growth plan, which includes the design and structure of your website. Your Growth Manager will be your single point of contact and you will have calls with them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
In summary, when you sign up for a managed website, the project is led by you and executed by the Pronto team. When you hire a Growth Manager, you’ll have a dedicated marketing partner working with you to grow your business.
Skepticism is reasonable: You've probably been exposed to some sort of "blueprint" or "roadmap" before. Maybe it wasn't all you were expecting. Maybe it was an automated SEO report or a generic list of recommendations that didn't provide specifics, or any real value.
The Pronto Marketing Blueprint isn't just a proposal. Rather than "pitching" you services, the goal of this Blueprint is to demonstrate exactly which marketing actions will help your business, and how. Your Growth Manager will be working with you and providing deliverables that you'll benefit from, even if you don't choose to hire us for Ongoing Growth Management.
Most importantly, this isn't generic. While we adhere to inbound marketing best practices, the advice we provide in the Blueprint is always unique because it’s been created by researching your unique business.
Absolutely not. The Marketing Blueprint is a standalone program that lasts 6 weeks. You can even cancel within the first 14 days and get a full refund. If you do decide to hire us for Ongoing Growth Management, we won't lock you into a long-term contract and in fact work towards building your marketing self-sufficiency. We want to earn your business.
