There are two main differences between our Website Support plan and Dedicated Support:

  1. You get a dedicated Site Manager who will handle all requests related to your website.
  2. You’ll work with your Site Manager through a private task board outside of our normal help desk.

Our Website Support plan doesn’t include a Site Manager in order to provide a more affordable service.

Our Dedicated Site Managers can handle various issues and updates independently. For larger projects, they assume the project manager role, collaborating with experts like Editors, Designers, and Developers to effectively manage and support your website.

Our Dedicated Site Managers can assist with a wide range of issues and updates:

Website Edits

  • Fixing forms, buttons, headers, and main navigators
  • Adjusting image and video placement
  • Fixing broken links and redirections
  • Addressing WordPress bugs and errors
  • Design, Development & Content Projects

Creating new pages

  • Adjusting custom page layouts
  • Adding blog articles

Feature Implementation

  • Finding and adding the right plugins
  • Implementing changes suggested by your in-house marketer or Pronto SEO and Marketing specialists, if you’re utilizing these services

Please note that while the site manager can assist with implementing SEO and Marketing tasks, their primary focus is on website management and support. They will not be responsible for providing specific SEO and Marketing recommendations to improve your website.

Yes, your site manager can help improve the speed of your website. They will work with the technical team at Pronto to apply the appropriate updates to improve the speed of your site.

Yes, our dedicated site managers are committed to providing proactive recommendations and suggestions to improve your website’s UI/UX design, layout, WordPress structure, performance and usability. However, please note that the site manager’s primary focus is on website management and support. 

They will not be responsible for providing specific SEO, Marketing and business recommendations.

We ensure the quality and consistency of our service through ongoing training, regular performance evaluations, consistent quality control processes, and adherence to best practices in website management and support.

Yes! Our Dedicated Support Service includes emergency support for critical website issues, such as security breaches or server failures. We have a team of specialists available and on standby 24/7 to address these urgent matters if your site manager is not available. 

We prioritize these issues to minimize downtime and keep your website operational. If you face these issues outside of your site manager’s working hours, you can reach out to us via live chat for prompt support.

Yes. We always encourage open and proactive communication to ensure your website’s success.

Our site managers have varying schedules, but they are generally available on live chat, calls and on project management tool from 8-11am EST

We kindly ask you to schedule meetings in advance to arrange calls with your site manager during or outside of their scheduled hours. This ensures that we can accommodate your needs while respecting the availability of our dedicated site managers.

No! Our Dedicated Support service exists to provide a customized support experience to address the unique technical requirements of your WordPress Website and industry. You can downgrade from Dedicated Support back to any of our other two support plans at any time. Just let us know and we’ll adjust your monthly fee starting with your next invoice.

If you wish to change your dedicated site manager, please inform your site manager you’d like to speak with their manager or send an email to [email protected]. We will arrange a call with you to understand the situation better and work together to find the best solutions to ensure a smoother experience moving forward. Our priority is to address your concerns and provide the highest level of support and satisfaction.

To cancel or modify your Dedicated Support Service subscription, you can inform your Site Manager and they will review your request and guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition.
