For Local Services Ads, we recommend starting with a budget between $1,000 and $2,000, depending on the competitiveness of your industry and location. This provides a solid foundation, and we can adjust the budget as the campaign progresses to align with your goals and maximize results.

To give you a concrete example, our law firms clients who have successfully scaled their campaign are paying up to $10,000 per month in budget. Key budget factors in such a case are  the value of what one client is worth to their business as well as the competitiveness of the location they work in.

Irregardless of your industry, there is some flexibility around determining your starting budget, so if you’d like to start with a smaller budget, just let us know.

Local service ads use information from your Google My Business listing to show key information about your service, including your review score and phone number.

A qualified lead is decided when a direct call is made to your business via the local service ad.

Each month we’ll send you a detailed report with information on your leads.

We can’t make any promises about how many leads you’ll receive. That said, our goal is to drive qualified traffic to your verified business profile, and you’ll ultimately be charged by Google based on the number of leads you’ll get. 

If clients are charged for leads that are spam or incorrectly routed, we can dispute them on behalf of our client with Google.

Due to the way Google Local Service Ads work, there’s limited room for improving an ongoing campaign. These ads are highly automated, and most of the setup work happens when preparing the campaign for launch. We can’t make adjustments and optimizations as freely as with other ad types like Google Search Ads.

However, here’s what we can assist with:

  1. Initial Setup: We ensure that your campaign is configured correctly, including defining service areas, selecting job types, and optimizing your business profile to maximize visibility.

  2. Budget Adjustments: After the campaign is live, the main adjustment we can make is to modify the budget as needed based on your goals.
