Frequently asked questions

We like to offer a variety of service options to our customers that can fit a variety of budgets. Our standard support plan doesn’t include a Site Manager because we want those plans to be available to a wider audience at a more affordable price.

You’ll primarily work with your Site Manager on a private task board where you’ll be able to request new updates and keep track of in-progress updates. You can also schedule a call with your Site Manager if there is anything you’d like to discuss in more detail.


There are two main differences between our standard support plan and Dedicated Support: 1) You get a dedicated Site Manager who will handle all requests related to your website. 2) You’ll work with your Site Manager through a private task board outside of our normal help desk.

You can downgrade from Dedicated Support back to our standard support plan at any time. Just let us know and we’ll adjust your monthly fee starting with your next invoice.
