What are the hours of availability for me to have a call with my dedicated site manager?

Our site managers have varying schedules, but they are generally available on live chat, calls and on project management tool from 8-11am EST. We kindly ask you to schedule meetings in advance to arrange calls with your site manager during or outside of their scheduled hours. This ensures that we can accommodate your needs while respecting the availability of our dedicated site managers.
