The financial offer you receive will depend on several factors, including the size and profitability of your agency, the types of services you offer, and the potential for upselling to your clients. Generally, our offers are based on a multiple of our expected annual profit from recurring subscriptions.
Payments are typically split into an upfront payment and at least one additional payment 2-3 months later. The second payment may vary depending on the amount of churn during that period.
Acquisitions typically take 2-3 months, but larger, more complex deals can take 4-6 months, and exceptionally complex deals can take even longer.
As the seller, you will need to:
- Provide detailed financial information for our due diligence
- Help with transitioning clients to Pronto Marketing including handing over control of certain key platforms or tools, answering questions the background of clients or your standard processes
- Communicate with clients for a pre-defined period to ensure they have a smooth transition to our services.
