Client Success Management Service

Thank you for entrusting us as an extension of your team for managing your digital marketing efforts. By using Pronto Marketing’s Client Success Management (CSM) service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Pronto Marketing reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and your continued use of Pronto Marketing constitutes your consent to such changes.

Here’s what you need to know.

1. Client Success Manager’s Role and Responsibilities

Your assigned Client Success Manager will be your primary contact for all matters related to marketing services and account-related inquiries. They will assist you with:

  • Coordinating with specialists and technical teams for digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and website updates.
  • Providing updates on monthly reports and making adjustments to dashboards.
  • Discussing SEO, advertising, blogging, or any marketing services you have or plan to engage with us.
  • Evaluating the performance of your website, SEO, and advertising campaigns.
  • Addressing changes in your business and providing marketing recommendations related to the services you are subscribed to.
  • Introducing your new team members to Pronto and acquainting them with your account.
  • Offering on-demand calls.

 

This Client Success Management service is designed to streamline communication and ensure you have a dedicated point of contact for all your services with us.

2. Eligibility for Client Success Management Service

Clients spending over $2000 in monthly service fees and utilizing two or more of the specified marketing services will automatically be assigned a Client Success Manager. You can check the presence of a Client Success Manager in our Client Portal under the Subscription tab.

Services that qualify for a Client Success Manager include:

  • Local & National SEO
  • Google My Business
  • Link Building
  • Blog Writing
  • Google Ads
  • Local Ads

If your monthly service fee doesn’t meet the $2000 threshold but you would like to sign up for your dedicated Client Success Manager, you can opt for the Client Success Management service at an additional fee of $399 per month. Please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

3. Contacting Your Client Success Manager

You can reach your Client Success Manager by sending your inquiries to [email protected] or scheduling a call via our call schedule page.

4. Exiting Client Success Management Service

If your monthly spending falls below $2000 for over three months due to voluntary pauses or cancellations, communications regarding your digital marketing will be routed through our Support agents. Before this change, we will notify you and explore alternatives on a case-by-case basis.
If your monthly service fee doesn’t meet the $2000 threshold, you can opt for the Client Success Management service at an additional fee of $399 per month.
