Background

Founded in 2008, Fidelis, Inc. is a managed IT service provider (MSP) based in Renton, Washington, serving businesses and nonprofits across the Seattle and Puget Sound region.

Led by CEO Scott Wittstock, Fidelis has built a reputation for being faithful, dependable, and deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest community. The company delivers proactive IT management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and infrastructure solutions with a personal touch — offering the scale of a larger provider while maintaining the approachability of a local team.

Fidelis stands out for its people-first culture, including a four-day workweek and a “people over profit” philosophy that extends to both employees and clients. With more than 25 local staff and recognition from Channel Futures MSP 501 and CRN’s MSP 500, Fidelis continues to lead by example as one of the most trusted independent MSPs in the region.

Challenges

By early 2025, Fidelis had grown into a nationally recognized MSP, but their website hadn’t kept pace with who they’d become. While their operations and client base had expanded, the site no longer reflected the company’s values, maturity, or local pride.

Fidelis’ leadership wanted a website that did more than list services. They needed a platform that could:

  • Showcase company culture to attract partnerships with other MSPs and reinforce credibility.
  • Refocus messaging toward commercial and nonprofit organizations — markets that offered stronger, more predictable growth than residential sectors.
  • Engage office managers and business owners, the key personas driving IT vendor research and selection.
  • Provide a solid foundation for marketing campaigns, aligned with typical budget and vendor evaluation cycles.

The old site was serviceable but impersonal. It didn’t convey the warmth of Fidelis’ team or the authenticity of a local brand built around “faithful and dependable” support. It also lacked modern structure for SEO, clarity for visitors, and conversion opportunities for prospective clients.

Solution

Pronto collaborated with Fidelis’ leadership to completely reimagine the company’s digital presence — one that would showcase its culture, local identity, and people-first values as much as its technical expertise.

The project began with a strategic alignment call with CEO Scott Wittstock where key goals were mapped out: build trust with other MSPs, highlight company culture, and target commercial and nonprofit clients across Renton, Kent, Auburn, Sumner, and Puyallup. This direction guided every design, content, and development choice throughout the project.

Content & Messaging

Fidelis’ old site read like a technical brochure. Working from new personas, Pronto’s content team rebuilt the narrative to feel human, credible, and actionable.

  • Tone: Conversational and plainspoken — reflecting Fidelis’ belief in “jargon-free IT.”
  • Personas: Spoke directly to office managers and business owners who lead IT research and purchasing.
  • Structure: Each service page was reorganized around user pain points (slow systems, downtime, data security) and solutions tied to Fidelis’ value proposition.

Local authenticity: Emphasized the Pacific Northwest identity, community roots, and four-day workweek culture that make Fidelis stand out.

Design & Visual Direction

Our project manager proposed a blue–green palette inspired by the PNW landscape, which the client loved.

  • Clean, open layout with consistent spacing and large typography for a professional yet approachable look.
  • Real photos of the Fidelis team replaced generic stock imagery to humanize the brand.

Consistent brand voice and design cohesion across all pages for a polished, trustworthy feel.

Development & Integrations

Our development team led several custom features to modernize functionality while maintaining high performance:

  • A Managed IT Pricing Calculator (shown above) that provides instant cost estimates, with dynamic testimonial pull-ins based on industry selection.
  • Integration with Calendly, allowing form fields to auto-populate across the scheduling process — reducing friction for leads.
  • Enhanced page speed and image optimization, particularly on the heavy Pricing and Services pages.
  • Fully responsive layout with smooth data handling across all forms and CRM connections.

User Experience (UX)

UX refinements ensured that visitors could easily find what they needed — and convert.

  • Streamlined navigation organized by user goals (Business Leaders, IT Leaders, Operations Managers).
  • Clear CTAs placed strategically across every scroll depth for consistent lead generation.
  • Credibility elements such as testimonials, awards (MSP 501, CRN MSP 500), and partner logos were integrated site-wide to build immediate trust.
