What does my Client Success Manager do?

Your Client Success Manager will be your primary contact for all matters and inquiries related to your account and marketing services. They will assist you by:

  • Coordinating with specialists and technical teams for digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and website updates
  • Providing updates on monthly reports and making adjustments to dashboards
  • Discussing SEO, advertising, blogging, or any marketing services you have or plan to engage with us
  • Evaluating the performance of your website, SEO, and advertising campaigns
  • Addressing changes in your business and providing marketing recommendations related to the services you are subscribed to
  • Introducing your new team members to Pronto and acquainting them with your account
  • Offering on-demand calls

We will assign you a Client Success Manager depending on availability.

Once your services are activated, you can check if there’s an assigned Client Success Manager for you in our Client Portal under the Subscription tab.

Our Client Success service is a complimentary service for clients with at least two marketing services and a monthly spending of $2000. If you do not meet this threshold but would like to sign up for a dedicated Client Success Manager, you can opt for the Client Success service at an additional fee of $399 per month.
