Electrons

(offered a position at Pronto)

Please inform HR about any booked trips or events you have planned during and after your probation period. This will help HR and your manager ensure consistency for all new hires. This applies to all teams, no exception.

Neutrons

(fewer than 3 months working at Pronto)

You are eligible for sick leave, but you’re not yet eligible for vacation and flex work/off despite passing probation. Any day off other than sick leave will be indicated as unpaid leave (leave without pay); these include commencement days, funerals, etc.

All-Prontos

Special cases that apply to all Protons

  • Half-day flex work/off is no longer available, check with your manager
  • You’re required to give HR a medical certificate if you took over three days of sick leave
  • You must come work at the office for Songkran Flex Work bonus multipliers, otherwise they will count as regular flex days
  • Remote work doesn’t apply if you’re on vacation
  • If you’re working remotely, or are doing flex work, you must send a work report summary to your manager and team

Before requesting for remote work. Please ask yourself the following questions:

Am I being accountable…

  • To Pronto’s values?
  • To Pronto’s commitment to our customers?
  • To Pronto as a company?
  • To my team?
  • To other teams that count on me and my team?
