How to request time off
Hi Electrons, Neutrons, Proton Freshmen, and Protons. Below are Pronto’s rules and guidelines for requesting time off.
If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to ask your manager or HR.

(offered a position at Pronto)
Please inform HR about any booked trips or events you have planned during and after your probation period. This will help HR and your manager ensure consistency for all new hires. This applies to all teams, no exception.

You are eligible for sick leave, but you’re not yet eligible for vacation and flex work/off despite passing probation. Any day off other than sick leave will be indicated as unpaid leave (leave without pay); these include commencement days, funerals, etc.
