At Pronto, we’ve always been fanatical about different aspects of customer service. It’s a never ending process improving areas training, process and tools. One ingredient that’s essential for improvement is accurate, and continual satisfaction feedback from customers.
We’ve tried a number of different survey tools out there, but were never completely happy with any one. So, we decided to build our own!
The idea behind SimpleSat is simple: build the tool that Pronto’s always dreamed of, while making it available for all types of services businesses around the world. Win-win!
We kicked off the project in August 2016. We’ve been using SimpleSat internally at Pronto for some time now, and are now ready to open it up for public beta testers.
We currently have integrations available for Autotask, ConnectWise and Zendesk.

What you can do
After you create an account, you’ll be able to create a new survey and add the embed code to Autotask, ConnectWise or Zendesk.
From then on, your customers will be able to provide good/neutral/bad feedback on support tickets.
How did we do?
As your customers respond to feedback, it’ll show up as a stream in your SimpleSat dashboard. You can also receive instant email notifications after feedback is provided.

Fresh and automatic testimonials on your website!
When your customer provides positive feedback, you have the option to publish the comment. Once you do, it’ll instantly show up on your website (once you have the widget installed).
View customer details
You can browse through all customers who have provided feedback, or view an individual customer details to see exactly the feedback they’ve provided.

We’re still in beta, so you may encounter some minor issues. If you, please let us know and we’ll work on getting those fixed for you.
SimpleSat beta access is currently free. As we roll out more features and subscription plans, we’ll offer discounted pricing for all active beta accounts.
